Kevin Downswell

Kevin Downswell is a worshiper with a powerful resonating message. His gift and
personal testimony have propelled him to the top tier of gospel singers in his home
country in Jamaica, the wider Caribbean and increasingly the world.

He has four (4) soul – stirring studio albums entitled – Close to You, The Search
Continues, All the Way and Grace. He also has two live recordings, Realignment –
the Live Encounter and THE SHIFT. Songs such You Make Me Stronger, Close to
You, Carry Me, If It’s Not You and Grace have impacted lives across the world.

He is a husband, a father, ordained evangelist, author, motivational speaker and
international recording artist. He also recently received a doctoral designation-Dr.
Of Sacred music by the Door of Favor Theological Seminary in New York.

Kevin Downswell is at the helm of Downswell Records which currently focuses on
mentoring young ministers with a heart after God. He has shared the stage with
the likes of Bishop T.D Jakes, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Kirk Franklyn, Tasha Cobbs,
Maverick City and the list goes on. He also recently signed a Publishing and
Distribution deal with Christian Music giant Integrity Music.

Min. Downswell has earned many accolades for his work in the gospel ministry
including many International awards, but where his heart really lies is in his
Realignment initiative that focuses on giving attention to the needs of children
abandoned by their families and are in the hands of the state.

Min. Kevin Downswell is supported in ministry by his lovely wife Marsha. He is a
man who never fails to deflect all praises and accolades to God. He is a lover of
God, a worshiper and keeps as his motto, St. John 3:30- “That Christ may increase,
and I decrease.”
