Tourism Product Development Company Ltd. (TPDCo.) is seeking to identify a qualified, motivated and results-oriented professional to fill the following position:
Visitor Safety and Experience Coordinator – Negril
Under the direction of the Director, Visitor Safety and Experience, the Visitor Safety and Experience Coordinator, implements strategies in order to reduce the rate of tourist harassment in the resort areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implements anti-harassment strategies in the region in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Sets and reports on achievement of periodical targets in relation to ant-harassment
- Implements metrics to measure the impact of the anti-harassment strategies
- Monitors the activities of the respective region’s District Constable Programme in order to ensure that they are effective in carrying their functions.
- Facilitates solid working relationships with security entities and tourism related organizations in the resort area in order to build partnerships in the implementation of ant-harassment strategies.
- Systematically gathers and records information concerning complaints from visitors about harassment in order to inform harassment strategies
- Investigates incidents of harassment against visitors and takes corrective actions
- Develops partnerships with communities in and around resort areas in order to facilitate the implementation of anti-harassment strategies

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A First Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Two years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Driver’s License
- Reliable Motor Vehicle
