On April 5, 2021, we celebrated our 25th year of existence. The milestone of a quarter-century of operation will be commemorated with a yearlong celebration. One such activity was our tourism webinar which was held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, from 10 am- 12:30 pm.
All tourism categories and sub-sector groups tuned in for matters concerning the tourism sector’s current state, and information on resources that can be used to assist service providers, particularly those impacted by the pandemic. The information was streamlined through TPDCo representatives for presentations regarding licensing, certification, training as well as external presenters from areas of accommodation (Royalton), attractions (Dunn’s River Falls and Park), and tour guiding (Reliable Attractions Jamaica).
