One of the most important components of the visitor experience is the quality of the interface between the visitor and the tourism worker, and their experience with tourism service providers. The Tourism Service Excellence Awards is geared towards promoting performance excellence within the sector

To this end, the Ministry of Tourism and its agencies, in recognition of individuals and organizations which have demonstrated best practices and offer excellent customer service, will host the Tourism Service Excellence Awards Ceremony on Saturday, March 3, 2018.
