Tourism Product Development Company Ltd. (TPDCo.) is seeking to identify qualified, motivated, and results oriented professional to fill the following vacancy:
Data Administrator – Ocho Rios (Temporary)
Under the direction of the Product Quality Manager, the Data Administrator will process contract carriage and craft applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Processing of all incoming craft and contract carriage applications
· Collation, packaging and distribution of all Jamaica Tourist Board licences issued for Contract Carriage in the North Eastern Region
· Assist with the Maintenance of contract carriage database
· Prepares all relevant monthly, quarterly and annual reports
· Provide customer service to contract carriage operators
· Provide telephone operator services as scheduled
· Provide weekly reports on number of contract carriage licences and identification cards dispatched
· Assist with the review of car concession applications before submittal to Licence Processing and Registration Manager
· Attend relevant correspondence assigned meetings in a timely manner
· Assist with filing of all documents
· Collect all fees paid and submit daily to Finance Department
· Maintain inventory of vouchers
· May provide a variety of administrative and/or clerical tasks
· May guide staff/student employees, interns and/or volunteers
· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
· Team Jamaica Certificate
· Certificate in Computer studies
