TPDCo’s Approach to Human Resource Development
Professional service is fundamental to successful tourism development, and is one TPDCo's main priorities. It is now compulsory for all workers to undergo training under TPDCo’s Team Jamaica programme. This programme targets workers at all levels of the industry. Foreign nationals seeking work permits to work in the sector, and also those requiring Jamaica Tourist Board's licences, are required to complete the course.
